1. Services Provided
Essence Skin Clinic provides professional aesthetic skin treatments, including, but not limited to, facial rejuvenation, anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic services. Each service is performed by qualified professionals in accordance with local health and safety regulations.
2. Booking and Appointment Policies
- Advance Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. You may book online, via phone, or in person at our clinic.
- Confirmation: Appointment confirmations will be sent via email and seen through your Google calendar. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us to verify your appointment.
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within less than 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Pricing: All service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Cash, debit/credit cards, or digital payments are accepted. Full payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided. In cases of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
4. Medical Disclosure and Consent
- Client Responsibility: Before receiving treatment, clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or other pertinent health information. Failure to do so may affect the results and could pose health risks.
- Consent Forms: Some treatments require clients to sign a consent form before proceeding. By signing, clients acknowledge they understand the treatment, potential risks, and post-care instructions.
5. Post-Treatment Care
Essence Skin Clinic provides aftercare instructions tailored to each service. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions for optimal results. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may impact the treatment outcome, for which we are not liable.
6. Liability Waiver
Essence Skin Clinic is committed to providing safe, effective treatments. However, by booking our services, you acknowledge and accept that certain risks may be involved. The clinic is not liable for adverse effects resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions or for any conditions undisclosed by the client.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store only essential information to provide our services and may use this information to improve your experience. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
