Essence Aesthetic Skin Clinic Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment and provide the best quality service to all our clients, Essence Aesthetic Skin Clinic requires a deposit for certain treatments. Please review our deposit policy below:
- Deposit Requirement
- A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to reserve your appointment slot. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will allow the deposit to be credited toward a future booking. For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty if made 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may incur a fee.
- Late Arrivals
- We kindly ask clients to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, and appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show, resulting in a forfeited deposit.
